In my role as the Health, Safety, and Compliance Coordinator, the most rewarding aspect is the sense of making a real difference in the safety and well-being of every member of the Dynamix team. Working alongside a fantastic team at Dynamix allows me to not only contribute to our internal safety efforts but also collaborate closely with our clients. Whether it involves conducting H&S Site Assessments, developing Toolbox training to uphold a health and safety focus for our field staff, or assisting clients in achieving their health and safety objectives, every interaction is meaningful.

On a personal note, I made the move from England to New Zealand in 2015, seeking a warmer climate and more time by the beach. Auckland has become my home, and I eagerly anticipate what the future holds.
Recruitment is a role I have stepped into after a fifteen+ year career in the Transport and Logistic Industries.
In those fifteen+ years, I managed various sites and teams of up to one hundred+ staff across the Auckland Region while completing the Supply Chain Management Graduate Diploma at Massey University in 2018.
