$23.50 per hour
Shift Hours:
5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Early starts required)

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Controllers to manage traffic flow at key construction and roadwork sites across Auckland. This is an active, outdoor role ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to safe and efficient road operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct vehicles and pedestrians in compliance with traffic management plans (TMO/TTM)
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle traffic control equipment
- Collaborate with construction teams to minimise disruptions and ensure worksite safety
- Monitor and respond to changing traffic conditions
Requirements:
- Current TMO/TTM certification (mandatory)
- Full NZ driver’s license
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Physically fit – ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and a proactive safety mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and provide a clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record
