We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Team Leader to join their Onehunga operation. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable, reputable manufacturing business that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. A pre-employment drug test is required.

The Role:
- Supervise and support production staff
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Coordinate daily production schedules and targets
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production records
- Lead shift meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Mechanically minded with machine operating experience
- Forklift Licence and Full Driver’s Licence required
- Previous experience with ERP systems and plant maintenance would be advantageous
- Physically fit and safety focused
