We started taking in Dynamix Recruitment Temporary workers on the 11^th of February 2018 when we commenced our 3-shift, 24Hour/Day production. Margaret Powell, Dynamix Recruitment Senior Consultant, has been handling our requirements quite well. So far, she hasn’t denied us support whenever we need an employee. Even at a very short notice, a person will come through the door in an hour or two. We are very happy with this. There were a few instances though when a couple of Temps didn’t blend in to our team straight away, Margaret readily replaced them after receiving our feedback. On the overall, we are very happy with Dynamix’s response to our needs and this has helped us a lot.

We have been going through a lot of changes we have had to look at other agencies for hiring temps. We were recommended Dynamix Recruitment from one of our other business partners and have not really looked back or going with any other.

Time is saved for us. When temps are needed, they take care of the drug test, boots are supplied and Ministry of Just checks are all done.

Dynamix Recruitment work directly with our team leaders and the Ops Managers – We are kept informed of absences and staff availability 

A roster is sent out on a weekly basis which shows where the temps sit across all our shifts and who they report to. 

Dynamix Recruitment are very good, accommodating and friendly - they always ask if there is anything more they can do to help us out.

We began using Dynamix Recruitment in June 2017 and have continued with them steadily growing the number of placements at the detriment of the other provider.

They have been able to provide us with exactly what our brief has been across a multitude of areas in our manufacturing plant with very few people not fitting in here.

They have a professional approach in regard to tool box trainings and site briefings with their staff and they are quick to communicate information required from myself or my supervisors.

They adopt a similar philosophy to us in how they treat and manage their people and this approach has helped us achieve our operational targets with a large number of temp labour being used here with some being developed into key roles online.
