Dynamix Recruitment are wanting to add to our hard working Resourcing Team based in Penrose, Auckland.

This is a fast-paced working environment, where every role plays an integral part in the business and its success. You will have the benefit of working alongside a team of hands on, experienced Recruitment Consultants and Managers. 

We are looking for a team player who is highly motivated, process driven, and able to recognise a great attitude when you see it!

What you will be doing:

  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of job boards & social media channels
  • Manage daily applications, CV, phone screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Completing verbal reference checks
  • Growing and maintaining the Dynamix Recruitment candidate database
  • Building proactive candidate pipelines, maintain and develop lasting professional relationships at all levels with candidates.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous recruitment experience/exposure preferred
  • Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Ability to work independently to multitask and prioritise your workload
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, online research, etc)
  • Clear and concise use of the English language (verbal and written)
