Dynamix Recruitment are wanting to add to our hard working Resourcing Team based in Penrose, Auckland.

What you will be doing:
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of job boards & social media channels
- Manage daily applications, CV, phone screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Completing verbal reference checks
- Growing and maintaining the Dynamix Recruitment candidate database
- Building proactive candidate pipelines, maintain and develop lasting professional relationships at all levels with candidates.
What we are looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience/exposure preferred
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to work independently to multitask and prioritise your workload
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, online research, etc)
- Clear and concise use of the English language (verbal and written)
